...What most people actually desire is not only a loss of (generally temporary) of ten or twenty pounds, rather than permanent physical transformation into something fit for a magazine cover. They never can honestly admit, but it is very often true desire, which is almost always behind the wish to try the new capsule, or operation. How much if any of these would ever work. However, by themselves, they never do. What is more needed?
at some level, everyone knows. But no one ever gets to that level without too hard at the beginning. In this way, just call or a pulled muscle pain, increased appetite, which resulted in unwanted weight gain, and physical reactions to a few too many extras. These experiences often result in early withdrawal from the program based on the best of intentions.
